We love bread! We can eat it with anything...:) A few days ago we were looking for a bread recipe to experiment with. We wanted to try our hand at a bread that was eggless and easy to make as well as something that had an Indian flavour! That's when we came across this recipe at Pratibha's blog. We followed the recipe to a "t" except that we didn't have any dill leaves to put in it. But it still came out delicious! Much to our delight, the bread was soft and spongy and had an amazing texture! We enjoyed it warm out of the oven, with a dollop of butter. Mmmmm.....
